Aston Martin Vanquish S

This Aston Martin Vanquish S came to us with some heavy exhaust modifications. Those mods did a fantastic job of making power. The problem was the tune was way off and the engine ran lean under load.

We selected the dual channel, laptop programmable PSC1-013 to tune the engine. The dual channel feature allowed us to intercept both MAF sensors and shift their readings by the same amount according to the fuel map table.

Since this was obviously a very nice example of a very special car, we were not about to start cutting wires. We knew we had to make a custom wire harness with intercepts for each MAF sensor. The only problem was that the male terminal connectors did not exist. We custom made our own connectors that intercepted all six wires on the special MAF sensors used on this engine.

We street tuned the car under a variety of real world conditions with a wideband AFR meter. We drove in several different gears under different loads and transient conditions. After tuning the car for a smooth transition from stoichiometric at light load to 12.7:1 at WOT, the car was very responsive and pulled strong from any RPM. The engine was silky smooth and linear. What a joy.

Hello would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re using?
I’ve loaded your blog in 3 different web browsers and I must say
this blog loads a lot quicker then most. Can you suggest a good hosting provider at a reasonable price?

Thanks a lot, I appreciate it!
