It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable federal and state laws relating to use of these parts. No currently offered Split Second products have an E.O. number from CARB.
Split Second products are legal only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway. These parts may only be used on competition racing vehicles operated exclusively on a closed course in conjunction with a sanctioned racing event. Competition-only motor vehicles may not be driven to a racing event on a public highway and must be transported on a trailer or other carrier.
If you use these parts on any other type of vehicle you may be subject to fines and penalties according to multiple Federal and State laws. You may also void the warranty from your vehicle’s manufacturer.
