We have a new version of the AIC1 that controls six additional injectors. It is tailored specifically for the BMW N54 engine with a supplemental fuel rail. When coupled with larger turbos it is possible to double the horsepower of the stock engine.
The AIC1-V6H/EV6 comes with the R4 software that can be used to precisely tune the air/fuel ratio at high boost. The injectors are batch fired three times per cam revolution. All injectors are controlled by map table A. The stock TMAP sensor on the engine provides the voltage input to the AIC1.

What injectors are to be used with this controller? What style? High impedance? Low impedance? size ect?
The AIC1-V6H/EV6 can be used with high impedance injectors only.
Is this capable of seeing up to 30psi? I’m converting my MAP sensor to 4 bar now to see higher boost pressure. I’m building a throttle body spacer for 2 injectors for more fuel on my 3.5 ecoboost.
The AIC1-V6H/EV6 uses an external map sensor. The pressure is displayed as a 0-5 V reading. The pressure range depends on the external sensor.
